Hi any followers I have left :)
I haven’t been on in forever senior year has been hectic. I just want to say thanks to the people who didn’t unfollow me in my extended absence <3
I GRADUATE IN 4 DAYSSS!!! 10:30 this Sunday!!! omg its soo closeeee!!! I can’t wait!!.

Best Quinoa Recipe EVERRR!!
So I just had my friend email me this. It is her moms recipe and she brings it to nearly all of our races (i row) and it is an awesome post workout boost, a great source of protein and an absolutely delicious healthy snack! its good even with out the dressing i havent made it with dressing myself yet but i know its soo god when my friends mom makes it… I thought id share it with you all...

NEW Yoga Mat Spray!!! It is wonderful!!
DEAR YOGIS,
So I just mixed up some yoga mat spray instead of studying for exams and it is sooo amazingg!!!
I honestly want to go take a nap on my yoga mat.
ALL YOU NEED IS:
1. A spray bottle
2. 1/4 cup witch hazel (which you can find at any drug store. I got mine at CVS)
